What are we doing here?

Hello and welcome!

     Here on this website we host products and services for sale to assist with fundraising for our projects, activities and for the members and employees of Project Excelsior Pty Ltd, Excelsior Club and Excelsior Development Trust. All of these are registered Australian legal entities and are based in Penrith, NSW, Australia. If you wish to know about these entities, please click on their names, which will take you to their websites and you can then look there for more information, otherwise if you have any further questions, then please contact us on the page provided.

     Our shop section is for the listing of all our brand new items. Please note that most items are supplied by drop shipping from Australian suppliers or sourced as white label items with our shop logo, where applicable, also from Australian suppliers. We will also offer home made arts and crafts, as well as second hand goods occasionally that are donated to our club by members and sold or auctioned here on this site in order to fundraise. Currently we only ship to Australian residents, we do not ship overseas. We offer flat rate shipping at standard and also express costs for items under 5kg in total weight, which may increase in price depending on weight and distance. Currently the shop section of our website is under construction, and will be available soon.

     Our coaching and counselling services are conducted via a phone call or in person (conditions apply), and some of our staff may also offer video calls (where applicable). All of our coaches and counsellors are members of and registered affiliates of Excelsior Club and have been verified and certified (for legal reasons) to carry out these activities. Certain representatives will only be able to conduct certain sessions, so please check to see who can do what. All bookings services need to be fully paid before sessions will be permitted and as some some services are for club members only (discounted), you will either need to apply for membership prior to your first purchase or provide your membership number upon purchase of these sessions.

     Memberships and programs are also listed here for purchase from our other main sites. Once your application has been approved through the main sites, you will be referred here for payment of your selected membership type or the program you wish to participate in.

     While we do have the functions of groups and a forum, these are for employees of this site and our members/customers, and are for their questions and queries. They are not for socialising, this may be done on the club forum/groups, use the links above.

     Here on this site we use online Square and Paypal payments. We also accept cash, bank transfer and in person payments. We do not currently use Layby or Buy now pay later methods.

     We currently only accept refunds on items that arrive to you if in broken, incomplete or some other unacceptable condition and are wholly unopened and complete, we do not issue refunds on change of mind if opened, worn or used. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase at your own cost. All second hand goods are non-refundable.
